From the 1800’s to the early 1900’s, my Italian family immigrated to America from Reggio Calabria in Southern Italy. They brought with them many beautiful traditions and culture. Among them were “Old World” Italian recipes shared with many new friends and family. Today, as the days of old, we continue to honor our heritage as Italian-Americans by crafting a truly authentic marinara. Like my ancestors from Italy to America, we only use the best ingredients available from our local markets. The rest is patience and a pinch of love.
